So I played 3 games in less than 24 hours, which also included a party, which left me pretty tight for time for blogs/reports.

First, I saw a (mostly) new player asking for a game, and I had just enough time before my party. The only things I remember about this game are : it was very fun, he played pretty well, it seemed tighter than 2-0.

Then I woke up (I think...) and saw the 145 Club had new tournys and leagues. I looked who was available and found a great opponent online. We both tried unusual teams for us : humans and lizards. I made the lizards mostly because I have a lot of problems against them, and figured I'd learn a few triks against them. I won 2-1.

And then I played the final of Rookie Cup LXIV. With a bunch of spectators watching, I decided to play like I think I should play in a final. I didn't go for CAS, I didnt go for SP management, I didnt go to keep my team alive, I just wanted to win this one game(and have fun in the chat as always). I managed to score late in his first half, then score quickly in 2nd half, and then prevent him from scoring until the last turn even if it meant giving him CAS. I won 2-1, making ths my first ever cup.

Stuff I learned and I still remember:
- woo I won!
- lizards : skinks are fragile.
- lizards : saurus (almost half the team) has S4, sure, but the rest only has S2 which makes it pretty hard to block. Teamwork!
- I have some problems with seeing big plays coming and preventing them. Such as starting on 1 side, handing off to the other side, and then passing a long pass to flee with the ball. Keeping my weaker players deeper (no tough player) also makes it harder for me to stop this.
- I'm getting better at knowing when dodging is worth the risk. Basicly I do it more and still don't fail much. It helps a lot.
- It will come with practice, but I clearly have problems with positioning myself.
- I need to work on my icons. Removing the lines under the names except for "liner", try to make the runner more obvious, and I need a "smaller" icon for things like skinks and flings.
- The 2nd player to play against The Iconics (with my custom icons) also liked them. 2 in 2. I think I'll start adding them to new teams from now on.

Saved games. I hate them now. I think I mentioned that in a previous blog : I had 2 saved games pending. One in a tourny, and due to a reload problem my win will have to stay (it should have been went in overtime).
And one in a league. A league meaning I need to play each opponent once, in any order. Now, I know I was very stupid and it's my fault, but I played another game with that team and thus ruined the saved game (which I was clearly winning). Asking in the chat, I got told in such cases the person at fault sometimes have to concede. Since it's totally my fault and I have a different schedule than my opponent, I offered the concession if he wants. Is this the right thing?
