We wreslin'!
When I saw a wrestle-themed lizard team on gamefinder, I couldn't help but offer them a game with my wrestle-themed high elf team. Unsurprisingly, our teams had a fair number of player names in common. What an unusual "mirror" matchup that was:

TV 2000 lizards with only 1 block (on a skink!) vs TV 2100 elves with only 3 dodge and 3 block.

What the game did have, was a grand total of 10 wrestle and 5 jump up on the pitch. Unfortunately, what it also had was a pile of dice that went stupendously my way. Still, a fun matchup, and I hope we'll have a more balanced rematch sometime soon, Natasake!

One point, you played 6 games whilst the test division has been active. All of them in Ranked. Worth remembering.

I'm getting on your arse yes, and others. Because if I don't, it doesn't get done. The bottom line though, this should be much more important to you, than it is to me.

Yes. And as I said, I heard about the client's renewed compatibility 3 minutes after starting the game this blog was meant to be about, before you derailed it. That game was also the last of those 6 you mentioned.

If Christer wanted all of FUMBBL to grind to a halt while we are beta testing, then gamefinder and the box scheduler would not be running at all.

Just me being a twerp, and that's kind of my position on FUMBBL. It's my expectation that coaches like you should be doing your bit. Plus it's actually a lot of fun. Seriously though, (not you in particular) look at the big picture. What's the point of playing a ranked game now if it makes your games for the next 6 months suffer? Answer none at all.

And yes, personally outside of competition games, I do think that Ranked and Blackbox should grind to a halt. Why shouldn't they?

I agree people should be participating, and especially the most active ones. So I get where you're coming from, and yes, if I had known earlier that I could participate too, then I would have. Nevertheless, I do think it's inappropriate to derail this blog just because you believe I shouldn't be playing R. A PM saying 'hey Sage, do you want to help out beta testing?' would be more suitable, imo.
